Terms of Service

Welcome to AniCouple! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AniCouple mobile application ("App") and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use AniCouple. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Relationship Code Linking

AniCouple is built for linked couple relationships. To use the shared features, you must link your account with one partner via an invite code. Only one link is permitted per account at any time. When you or your partner disconnects the link or deletes their account, all shared couple data is permanently removed from our active databases.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

AniCouple offers Premium features under monthly or annual subscription plans:

• Subscription Plans: Features such as unlimited gallery uploads, custom checklists, milestones, and advanced mini-games are unlocked under Premium.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via RevenueCat and charged to your Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless turned off/cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store subscription settings.

4. User Code of Conduct & Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to AniCouple (messages, photos, checklists). However, you agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is objectionable, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or illegal. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this code of conduct.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AniCouple does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniCouple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
